No… you must believe that God will grant you children…
although I believe that if your mate stops believing and becomes wicked you may seek divorce and not be penalized for it….

Jesus makes it very clear that, in the new Law of Christ which we are all under, the only reason one can get a divorce is because of the sexual infidelity of your spouse.
